For the past seven years, Homewood has been instrumental in growing the sales of functional and custom manufactured ingredients, explains a company press release.
“Mike has worked through many changes in his responsibilities over the years, and his leadership in both sales and production volume through the facility has contributed greatly to the success of the Company,” said Aaron Macha, vice president of sales.
With this change in leadership, Main Street is excited to move forward with a complete restructuring of the sales department. Homewood will lead the Ingredient Distribution Groupand the Custom and Branded Ingredients group, which includes Main Street’s branded products: Keystone stabilizers, Cornerstone proteins, Capstone dairy, and Gemstone bakery ingredients.
Ingredient Distribution consists of all products that Main Street distributes from other manufacturers.
These two groups will work together as one, with the same goals but different product strategies, under Homewood’s leadership.
Sports Nutrition has been renamed to the Health and Nutrition Group and will continue to function under the leadership of Macha, who oversees the entire sales department.
