Previously Hellweg was director of internal audit. In her new post, Hellweg will have responsibility for various departments including the Distributor Service Center and Travel departments.

"Debra will continue to be a great asset to Reliv in this new position," said R. Scott Montgomery, executive vice president and chief operating officer. "As director of internal audit, Debra learned in detail the company's departments, processes and procedures not only here at the home office, but at all of our non-U.S. offices, too."

Hellweg joined Reliv in 2004. Prior to 2004, she was internal audit manager at Deloitte & Touche and vice president and auditor of Southwest Bank of St. Louis.

She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and an M.B.A. with honors from Webster University. Hellweg is a certified internal auditor (CIA).
