May 9/Financial Deals Tracker-- The Coca-Cola Company, a manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups, has signed a letter of intent to acquire water and energy drink brands from Carlsberg A/S, a producer, seller and marketer of beer.
