Wiernasz has direct experience in marketing, sales and business development in the food industry. Prior to joining Food Innovations, he served for 13 years at U.S. Foodservice in sales, management and senior management positions. Positions included national sales trainer, where he was responsible for training sales reps for the Southeast U.S.; and most recently as vice president of marketing, Boston, where he was responsible for implementing the Marketing Program for both Boston divisions of U.S. Foodservice. Prior to joining U.S. Foodservice, he was the owner and operator of a 90-seat restaurant in Southampton, Mass, which he sold after four years.
