Kurjanowicz comes to Natrol as a highly successful consumer products marketing executive. Most recently, she was a partner at OneAccord, a sales and marketing consultancy. In addition, Kurjanowicz has held senior level positions at Playtex Products Inc., where she directed marketing for the company's feminine care and infant care product portfolios, and at Reckitt & Colman, where she held various positions such as vice president, New Product Marketing, Global Category Director in the company's Paris offices and vice president, North America for the Lysol brand. Kurjanowicz also has worked as a brand manager at Pfizer and as an account executive at advertising agencies working on Procter & Gamble and General Foods' brands.
Kurjanowicz has been often recognized for her excellence and has received a Top 100 Marketer Award from Advertising Age. She also worked on an advertising campaign that received the Silver Effie Award and developed a new product that received the Edison Award for Best New Product. She graduated from New York University with distinction and earned both a B.S. in Marketing and an M.B.A. in Marketing and International Business. She has also completed the Kodak Management Training Program and the Michigan Business School Executive Education program.
