Chocolate maker Hershey is reorganizing its corporate structure, saying the move will allow it to increase its share of the U.S. snack market while at the same time improving its international reach.
The company will form a U.S. commercial group, an international commercial group and a global growth and innovation group.
The company said unifying its U.S. business, adding global capabilities and aligning certain international operations "will ensure that we continue to achieve top-tier performance."
