Natural Ovens Bakery is kicking off the unofficial start of grilling season with an expansion of its Keto-friendly line. Featuring one net carb per serving, more fiber than traditional buns, and a cleaner ingredient legend, the Keto-friendly hot dog and hamburger buns are for carb-counters.

Vie de France introduced two new products that will enhance operators’ offerings across all day-parts. Vie de France Gourmet Burger Buns and Pre-Portioned Scones are the two new items.

Kayem Foods, maker of the iconic Fenway Frank and famous since 1909 for quality hot dogs, sausages and deli meats, announced two new additions to its product lineup, introducing its first-ever lines of burgers and hot dog buns.

The GW and LBR facilities produce buns, rolls and English muffins for the quick serve, foodservice and retail grocery channels, while the Gizella bakery produces frozen dessert items such as cheesecakes, layer cakes, brownies and bars.

This year, the company will triple its production capacity in two projects.
