Oterra has extended caramel colors range. This enhanced product offering further bolsters Oterra’s impressive portfolio of colors from natural sources.
In May 2021, Oterra announced its purchase of SECNA Natural Ingredients Group S.L., one of the largest producers of color from caramelized sugar. Following the integration of SECNA into its portfolio, Oterra now offers a full range of caramel products.
Oterra’s caramel range covers caramelized sugar, all four classes of caramel colors, and is available in liquid and powder forms. The extended range, available in an assortment of strengths, makes it ideal for use in a wide range of applications, including beverage, dairy, bakery, and confectionery, amongst others.
All products are fully certified and accredited, including Non-GMO, halal and kosher, as well as Low 4-MEI options.
