Prinova USA announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters from Carol Stream, Ill. to Hanover Park, Ill.
Prinova is a global supplier of ingredients, flavors, blending and contract manufacturing solutions for the food, beverage and nutrition industries. Prinova holds strategic stocks in numerous distribution centers around the world to ensure continuity of supply and is the leading global supplier of Vitamin C, B and food grade Amino Acids. The company has more than 30 years of international purchasing expertise in dry blending, liquid blending, flavor manufacturing, milling & micronization, packaging, and contract manufacturing.
Due to expansive growth, the addition of the new corporate headquarters will accommodate the company’s value added ingredients. The new location is a state-of-the-art facility, comprised of the following attributes:
• 350,000 square feet, with Prinova occupying 180,000 square feet
• A new warehouse
• • 10,800 pallet positions
24 docks
• Office space
• LED lighting throughout
• Kosher, FDA and BRC Certified
Prinova will still house their existing facilities in Carol Stream, allowing for expansion of manufacturing for the Solutions and Flavor Divisions. Related departments to manufacturing such as QA/QC and Regulatory are also remaining in Carol Stream.
“This move is a huge milestone in our 40 year history, we’re growing at a fast pace while expanding our value added distribution. We now have a standalone facility that allows us to ship out our products on time, all the time.” said Don Thorp, President of Prinova.
“Prinova’s Hanover Park facility allows us to have complete control of our distribution business and allows us to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of our supply chain.” according to the Director of Engineering, Guillermo Casanova.
