Sartori announced a new, flavor-packed addition to its Reserve cheese family, Chipotle BellaVitano. This award-winning flavor, which made its official debut at the Summer Fancy Food Show, will be available at stores and specialty cheese shops nationwide beginning mid-July.

Hand-rubbed with a south-of-the-border inspired blend of seasonings, this cheese balances savory smokiness with the sweet and creamy BellaVitano base. Each bite is a fusion of flavor with notes of smoke, spice, garlic and onion. "It's bold, yet balanced," said Mike Matucheski, Master Cheesemaker at Sartori. "Like all of our BellaVitanos, we were mindful of making the flavors of the rub complementary to the complexities of the cheese."

Prior to its public debut, Chipotle BellaVitano impressed an international audience at the biannual World Championship Cheese Contest. Noted for its bright flavors and rich texture, the judges awarded Chipotle BellaVitano 2nd Place in the Flavored Hard Cheese category.
