DeMet’s Candy Company, maker of chocolate indulgences including TURTLES®, FLIPZ®, and TREASURES® introduced a new flavor to its chocolate-covered pretzel lineup. FLIPZ® Caramel Sea Salt launched at the Sweets & Snacks Expo and will be available to consumers nationwide this summer.

FLIPZ® are available at food, mass, drug, convenience, and retail chains including Target, Wal-Mart and Walgreens. The new products will be available at pricing in line with existing items of the same size. FLIPZ® Caramel Sea Salt variety will be available in 5-ounce and 7.5-ounce standup pouches.

FLIPZ® pretzels are slow-baked in a traditional brick oven using a proprietary recipe, then instantly enrobed in chocolate to lock in freshness. FLIPZ® flavors include milk chocolate, white fudge, chocolate mint, dark chocolate, birthday cake and the new caramel sea salt.
