Better For You Foods introduced Edible Bread Bowls, a new line of products for private label development and consumers of the Better4U Foods' healthy offerings. The first Better4U products to hit the market will be frozen Bread Bowls that come two shells to a package. The Bread Bowl shells are currently available in four flavorful varieties: Multi-Grain; Wheat; Poppy Seed & Onion; and Cornmeal and Jalapeno. Retailers and consumers are expressing excitement about the unlimited serving possibilities.

The possibilities for private label offerings are endless. Bread Bowl shells can be made with ancient grains, sprouted grains and a variety of USDA Certified Organic ingredients. Other product development options include pairing bread bowls with heat and serve fillings, such as chili, chowder, stew, dip, egg scrambles or omelettes. Private label bread bowl products also present unique opportunities for deli programs, "soup to go" and assorted food service applications.
