Zola, a San Francisco producer of coconut waters and acaí juices, has extended its line with new Zola Coconut Water Lemonade.
Officials describe the offering as a “naturally hydrating coconut water with the refreshment of lemonade for a taste that is a perfect balance of tart and sweet.” At only 45 calories per 8oz serving, Zola Coconut Water Lemonade offers 60% fewer calories than the leading regular lemonade, the company says. Meanwhile, it delivers 100% daily value of vitamin C and five essential electrolytes, including 220mg of potassium.
“Zola Coconut Water continues to see double-digit growth across the U.S. and Canada and we’re ready to build on that momentum with the release of our Coconut Water Lemonade,” says founder and CEO Chris Cuvelier. “At Zola, we combine our dedication to quality with our wanderlust for adventure by traveling the world for the best ingredients. We know our customers share in those passions, so this launch is about encouraging our fans to get outside with us this summer and ‘Live Life to the Fullest.’”
Starting July 14 and rolling through the summer, Zola says it will sponsor a multi-faceted, national brand campaign that aligns travel and adventure with the dream to “Live Life to the Fullest.” The campaign will engage with consumers through Facebook, Instagram and point-of-sale in U.S. retail stores.
Zola was founded in 2002. Its products include Coconut Water Original, Coconut Water with Espresso, Coconut Water with Pulp and the newly released Coconut Water Lemonade. Zola also produces acaí juices including Original Acaí, Acaí with Blueberry and Acaí with Pomegranate. All products are available at grocery and natural food stores across the U.S. and Canada.
