Since joining Technomic in 1991, Pawlak's knowledge and expertise have grown to encompass nearly every facet of the industry, including market planning, new product development, opportunity analyses, acquisition evaluation, concept testing and analyses of distribution systems. He also has special expertise in foodservice market trends, market size modeling and implication development.
