March 11/Philadelphia/Press Release -- Ottens Flavors, an international supplier to the food and beverage industries, has appointed Russell Baker as senior Midwest account manager. 
 
Baker brings 20 years of proven sales growth within the flavor industry to Ottens Flavors, specifically in beverages, savory and confections. He joins the company after serving as a senior account manager for Silesia, the global, German-based flavor company, where he was responsible for the company’s sales in the Midwest United States. He also previously served as senior account executive for FONA International and as account manager for the flavor division of J. Manheimer Inc.

Baker earned a bachelor’s degree in business from North Central College and a certificate of business administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago
