October 6/Irvine, Calif./Cyvex Press Release -- Cyvex Nutrition is furthering its business efforts with the recent appointment of Quang La as its director of Operations, the company announced. In his new position, La will oversee all of Cyvex's operational aspects including supply chain management, inventory control and purchasing, product quality assurance and internal efficiency measures.

La's 12 years of purchasing and inventory control experience includes positions at Dermalogica and six years in various supply chain roles at BI Nutraceuticals, where he most recently served as materials manager. He holds a bachelor's of science in finance from California State University Long Beach and is currently pursuing his MBA with a concentration in international business from Webster University.

"Quang brings to Cyvex a keen and cultivated understanding of operational efficiency, the ability to creatively problem-solve, and exceptional attention to detail," said Matt Phillips, president of Cyvex Nutrition.
