October 5/La Grange, Ill. -– Attendees at the upcoming SupplySide West trade show in Las Vegas are invited to learn about ingredient trends from those that report it first. Four of the industry’s top journalists will share their perspectives during a VendorWorks session sponsored by Cognis Nutrition & Health on Friday, November 13, from 9 to 9:50 a.m. in room Galileo 905 in the Venetian & Sands Expo.
In the session, “Media Roundtable: Ingredient Trends Hot Off the Press,” prominent editors will share insights based on interviews with corporate, business, health and government leaders on news impacting health-enhancing ingredients.
Among the panelists will be Claudia Dziuk O’Donnell, chief editor of Prepared Foods magazine including its NutraSolutions section. She is responsible for the editorial content and assisting with the strategic direction of the print magazine and digital products such as its enewsletter, E-dition, and the Prepared Foods and NutraSolutions websites. She is also involved with ProductInnovationXchange (PIX). She has authored more than 200 articles on the food industry, primarily on ingredient use, nutritional issues and market trends, has moderated and spoken at numerous food industry conferences and has been interviewed by the BBC, Dateline, Wall Street Journal and other media.
