February 20/SKRIN Market & Corporate News -- Russia's largest confectionery manufacturer United Confectioners held a Board meeting on February 16, 2007, at which it adopted a decision to promote its Managing Director Sergey Nosenko to BoD Chairman. At this post, he will take control of the company's strategy projects. Valeriy Pyshnyak, former Deputy Managing Director, was appointed the Managing Director responsible for the holding's production and technical policy, innovations and development.
