Gum Binder, Bakery Inclusions

TIC Gums will take the idea of “cling” to a new level. Visit TIC in Chicago at IFT, Booth #3124, and learn more about Add-Here CSA, a binder and film former that will hold inclusions like sesame or poppy seeds to baked goods, such as pretzel chips. Bakers can use fewer seeds, because more will stay where intended.  Add-Here CSA is a blend of gums that is cold-water-dispersible, dissolves quickly and can be sprayed easily. Add-Here CSA will hold more inclusions in place than others and is non-allergenic.
