Filling It In

Ghirardelli, long associated with upscale chocolate indulgences, is introducing two new filled chocolate flavors: Mint Cookie and Toffee Crunch. They join the existing line of Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Caramel; Milk Chocolate with Caramel; Dark Chocolate with Raspberry; and Dark Chocolate and Caramel. In fact, the entire line has been redesigned, to a degree, allowing the candy squares to break cleanly into smaller segments, so consumers can enjoy the amount they want. 

 

Of the two new items in the line, Mint Cookie features mint chocolate filling blended with crunchy cookies and surrounded by milk chocolate. Toffee Crunch features milk chocolate with a filling comprised of chocolate and bits of toffee.
