Savory, Seafood Flavors

Savoury Systems International (SSI), flexed its culinary muscles and offered several savory dishes at the 2012 IFT Expo. Each dish reflected SSI’s diverse product line, which includes a variety of yeast extracts, organic-compliant products, salt replacers and much more. Visitors sampled a Codfish Green Tea Bisque, Beef Short Rib Sliders and Orange Chicken Shred with Rice. SSI also used IFT to promote its growing seafood flavors line. SSI is partnering with SeaGarden, a leading global supplier of savory seafood ingredients.
